Detectors Unlimited ships all U.S. bound package orders via UPS Ground, US Postal Service, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. All sales are FINAL.

Yes, we do accept mail orders! Please send your order, and payment to Heleton Corporation, PO Box 6267, Somerset, NJ 08873. Online orders will not be processed until payment is received.
RETURN & CREDIT POLICY
All defective equipment is covered by the terms of the respective manufacturers warranty and should be returned to the manufacturer directly. Defective merchandise requires you to contact the manufacturer directly under your warranty.
Although rare, merchandise damaged in transit will certainly be replaced. Please contact us via email for a Return Authorization Number for damaged merchandise. No returns will be accepted without proper return authorization..
Unfortunately, all other returns or exchanges require a 25% restocking fee so be sure to check your order for the correct product before submitting it to us. This fee is necessary because we can no longer sell the returned merchandise as a new product. Further, any return or exchange merchandise must be in new condition, the original packaging and with the manufacturer's original warranty and manual. Round trip shipping & insurance fees are your responsibility. A 25% re-stocking charge will apply if shipment is refused and/or the product is returned for exchange unless it is due to a processing error on our part. You must call for a return authorization code before shipping any product back for a refund or exchange. Please note that this policy is only for items that are shipped in error on our part or exchange.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping is free for all Continental U.S. orders in excess of $200 whether UPS ground or US Postal. Shipping on orders under $200 ranges from $10 to $15 for the total order and will be added BEFORE you submit your order. UPS 2nd Day Air is available at a flat rate of $40. UPS Next Day Air is also available at a flat rate of $70. International shipping is available to certain countries upon request.

Detectors Unlimited takes every precaution to ensure accuracy in pricing. However, occasionally an erroneous price may be inadvertently listed. In these rare instances, Detectors Unlimited reserves the right to refuse an order where an error has occurred.
